Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £17000-£19000 + OTE GUILDFORD, SURREY

Based in Guildford, Surrey our Client is a leading organisation with a strong brand image. Due to growth an excellent opportunity exists for Internal Sales Executives for the main UK office.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Branch Manager in developing business from the regional IT and Office Technology Reseller market and to assist in the process of resulting flow transactions from small and medium size business customers, using the in-house and external software.

Key tasks and responsibilities include marketing of the dealer base through telephone contact including making initial contact with potential customers, explaining the company and its products and obtain appointments for the Branch Manager. Managing and delivering direct mail and telephone marketing campaigns. Developing and maintaining a sales relationship with a portfolio of clients to increase use of our products and services. Understanding, explaining and selling the product through dealers to customers, maximising the various income opportunities available. Working efficiently and effectively with the Branch Manager and other team members. Handling and resolving telephone enquiries from customers and dealers. Sector and financial product experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Experience and Skills:

  • Clear sales orientation with a minimum of one year account management or sales role with proven ability and commitment required to continually identify and engage with new business opportunities.
  • IT literate, numerate
  • Willing/eager to learn basic knowledge of financial analysis and credit
  • Team orientated
  • Flexible and willing to learn product and sector
  • Motivated by competitive remuneration package
